Scholarship Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

By applying for or accepting any scholarship from Education For Less Inc, applicants acknowledge, agree, and accept the following terms:

1. Scholarship Variability

   Scholarship amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on current tuition rates at the time of enrollment, the level of the program (undergraduate or graduate), any transferable credits, if applicable, and the school and program of interest. Scholarship amounts are not guaranteed and may differ among applicants.

2. No Guarantee of Admission

   Education for Less does not guarantee admission to any educational institution. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective schools, and applicants are responsible for meeting all admission requirements and deadlines.

3. Eligibility and Compliance

   Scholarships are available only to students who meet all eligibility criteria and follow the application and enrollment processes outlined by Education For Less, Inc. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification or revocation of the scholarship.

4. Changes and Termination

   Education For Less Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate scholarship programs, scholarship amounts, eligible programs, in-network schools, or negotiated tuition rates at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, applicants release, waive, and discharge Education for Less Inc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from scholarship determinations, admission decisions, tuition rates, program changes, or any other aspect of participation in Education For Less scholarship programs.

6. Indemnification

   Applicants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Education For Less Inc, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, actions, damages, or losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the applicant’s participation in the scholarship program or use of scholarship funds.

By submitting an application or accepting a scholarship, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, including the limitation of liability and indemnification provisions.
